All completed orders for UPbags in stock, received before 2:00 p.m. CET, will be dispatched the very same day. When not in stock, please allow additional 5 – 10 days for manufacturing. In this case we will inform you as soon as your UPbag is ready for shipment.

All EU orders should arrive within 1 – 7 working days from dispatch date, however during the time around national or international holidays it can take longer to be delivered, please give up to 10 working days from dispatch date. Within that time please contact us for additional help. Please include your sales order number and any other information.

Import Taxes, Customs Duties and Fees / National VAT

Customers not living in the EU have to pay the national VAT and duty in their country for the imported goods.
